We offer one stop shopping – flowers, table top décor, all the designer chairs and club seating available in the marketplace, designer tablecloths and linen, staging and backdrops, music and DJ, up-lights and embellished ceilings, limousine service, video and photography and much more!
Your Event Producer and the Signature Grand’s amazing special event vendors will present and design their services to be personal and unique to your vision.
Don’t be fooled by banquet halls that always bundle the same vendor services for every event – You won’t experience any savings this way, and you will have very few choices. Planning your special event and selecting your own event vendors is a fun and gratifying experience. Don’t miss out on the fun!
A: Absolutely, there are two private chapels inside the Grand Mansion with private sitting areas for the Bridal Party. We also offer Wedding Officiants!
A: We are an expansive and grand venue on twelve acres. All grand venues are in great demand and the Signature Grand is no exception. We are a private venue and not open to the public. We don’t operate public restaurants, bars, hotel rooms, room service, swimming pools, golf courses or slot machines.
Each invited guest inside the Grand Mansion is there to attend an elegant special event. We may be serving multiple events during the day or evening. All we do is Elegant Weddings and Grand Social Occasions!
A: Your Event Producer / Wedding Specialist will have an extensive private consultation with you and arrange the details of your wedding reception. You will be presented with an event order and seating diagram of all your customized details for your review and approval.
When you arrive on property, we will greet you at the door. Our extensive staff of Banquet Managers and Captains, along with our Wedding Specialist will guide the way.
A: The date is reserved by your Wedding Specialist, and by you signing the Reservation Agreement and placing a deposit on the date. We can arrange a payment plan to make this an easy and effortless experience. Weekend dates are in high demand in the Grand Mansion and it is best to reserve early to ensure you get the date and time you want.
A: Final payment is due 4 business days in advance by certified check. This is the same time you submit your seating diagram and wedding amenities.
